I was very satisfied. It’s my first visit to a Springhill suites. I will check for them when traveling in the future. It’s terrific for family with kids (especially teens!).
They have a friendly staff. They have very comfortable facilities. The rooms were spacious and roomy.

Normally, Springhill Suites is above normal. The bedrooms and bathrooms are usually very clean. However, this past stay, the room was not very clean. There was a power outage for about 19 hours and they never offered a discount for the room.

We had reservations at another chain and were not satisfied with the room. Springhill Suites was convenient, available, and had a comfortably-sized room for 2 adults and child. It was clean and affordable.
