I JUST STAYED THERE FOR ESSENCE FESTIVAL 2009. THE LOCATION COULD NOT BE BETTER. RIGHT ACROSS FROM THE CONVENTION CENTER. A NICE WALK TO THE SUPERDOME. FREE BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING MAKES UP FOR ALL THE LESS THAN TOP NOTCH THINGS. IT IS NOT A FIVE STAR HOTEL, SO CERTAIN THINGS ARE TO BE EXPECTED LIKE THE BEDS ARE NOT THAT GREAT BUT THEY GIVE YOU A GOOD SLEEP THAT I CAN TESTIFY TO. IT IS ALSO IN A QUIET NEIGBORHOOD
The room was okay. The bedding material is extremely cheap and the housekeeper did an awful job of making the bed! The sheets were coming apart from the mattress! It was awful! Otherwise, the price, staff and location was great! .

This is a good location. The rooms are very nice but they could be a little bigger. When you use the sofa bed it blocks the room and you cannot get to the front door if you are in the bedroom. This could be considered a safety violation. The room is better for one person or a couple.

Accommodations were very good.Quiet, clean. A little further from the French Quarter than we anticipated, but close to restaurants in that area and close to Rail line and Riverwalk. Loved visiting the DDay Museum which is about 2 blocks from hotel....
Fabulous hotel, especally for the money, Had a courtyard suite which opened to a rooftop patio right out the door. walking distance to trolly line, excellent pool,hot-tub and lobby sitting...
