This was a perfect hotel for what we were looking to do. The rooms were VERY clean and spacious, and the staff was incredibly friendly. All the rooms are identical, and are set up in a suite style, complete with kitchen, bedroom, and living area....
60 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
When I called to confirm our reservation for 2 queen beds, they said the reservations had been changed by the travel agency to a king. They had no double queens left. They did have a sister hotel, the Courtyard that could accommodate us and they included breakfast since Springhill had a breakfast included. It cost us more money in the long run, but we really liked the Courtyard location. I am not sure I would book with you again because of this mixup but of course we love Marriotts.
