Horrible
Hospitality was sorely lacking. Heated pool was not heated. Room lacked bedding/sheets for sofa bed. Train noise unbearable. Worst place I've stayed in...

Excellent
Quiet, spacious, and clean rooms. Great view of the Kansas river. Close to downtown and easy access to I-70. Previous residents of Lawrence. This is where we stay everytime we visit.

The hotel is conveniently located near downtown and overlooking the river. The staff is courteous; the rooms large and clean. Unfortunately there are trains that pass nearby in the night, some nights quite a lot. I would stay there again, but...

Excellent
We stay at this hotel often and are always very pleased. All of the rooms have a river view, and they are clean and spacious. The service is excellent and it is walking distance to the downtown Lawrence area.
22 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business
The location was not busy with many people in the area. Only thing was the train, but it was barely audible in rooms. I enjoyed that I felt safe, and thus, relaxed.
