This is the kind of hotel which reminds you how much of a difference a great staff can make as opposed to a mediocre staff. The hotel is clean, their rooms are good, the beds are excellent, the TV is pretty good with good channel selection (people who think hotels should have four channels of ESPN need not apply), and the staff was outstanding. I mean, they really, really went out of their way to be pleasant, helpful, courteous, and made me feel like they were really happy that I had chosen to give my business to them. I will definitely come back here, even if I have to walk a bit further to get to where I work when I travel to Schaumburg.

I was at the hotel for a convention at the nearby Hyatt Regency. I needed to get a last minute room and couldn't get it at the main hotel. This hotel was cheaper and I will definitely stay there again. It was handy having a microwave and mini-fridge for all our snacks and soda. And the free internet is a great plus, too!
