We were in town for several nights with a large group. My son had misplaced his IPOD and assumed it was in another member of our group's room. Front desk let us know that someone with our last name had something in lost & found. How refreshing! Rooms were very roomy and clean. Everyone on staff was very polite and helpful. Great value; will definitely recommend and stay again.
Upon our arrival, there were only one double to accomodate me and i had booked two. they didn't have the same confirmation numbers as they gave us when we booked with the online service which was a mandatory. second they gave me a second room that was one bed and should have been two. No good customer service at all. No one could tell me when i would be changed into the correct room. the fridge and air was not working in the second room they gave me. just a horrible experience the time we were there.
My grandson & I liked everything about your motel,there in Round Rock, TX. The breakfast was good, the maid service would have been a lot better if they could have spoken English. They did a real good Job on the room, anyway.

It’s a good basic accommodation. It’s a quiet location, even though located next to Interstate 35. The breakfast buffet was high quality and had more than the usual variety, though the seating area was limited given the size of the hotel.
