When I first arrived at the hotel I was greeted nicely by the staff, but when I went up to my room and looked around I noticed dust on the directory book,crumbs on the floor, refrigerator was not cold but cool, a long strand of hair under the pillow when I pulled back the covers, dust came off the towel once I showered, the coffee maker still had the filter that had been used still in it and was dirty and I had to clean it. Our sheets was changed not saying they were not changed but it appeared that way and I also found a long strand of hair on the towels. I made the front staff aware of my complaints. Come to find out my hotel was not rented since March 2009. So apparently no one had stay in the room in 4 months. The spa was nice and warm and did noticed a roach in the pool but did not say anything since I complained enough. When the housekeeper was changing our linen on the bed I noticed toward the bottom of the mattress a big whole although the mattress did seem comfortable when sleeping on it. The breakfast wasn't what I thought it would be, during the 3 days I stayed their no bacon on menu but sausage and poached egg, not scrambled. I would choose to stay elsewhere next time. The hotel did compensate us some on the bill which was thoughtful.

Very comfortable suite. Front desk very friendly and helpful. We had a hard time finding the location but were greeted with cookies when we arrived around midnight.

The bedroom area is kinda tight but not really a problem....

I felt respected there because all interaction with the staff was courteous and sincere.
