The hotel conditions are awful, they had filthy rooms, poor upkeep, and substandard maintenance.

I am not likely to return to the Southfield Hotel and Conv.
I would not recommend it to friends.

It was filthy in the rooms, and out.

55 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

They handled the guests very well, but no one stopped the elevators, and people coming in after the sirens just went to their rooms.

This hotel made me feel secure: There was a false alarm but everyone was aware of the potential of a fire and guided to the nearest flight of stairs and told to wait until we were given further instructions.

I am very likely to return to the Southfield Hotel and Conv.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
