This has got to be the absolute worst hotel I've been in for some time. I was suprised this hotel has the name "trump" on it. The rooms look like something you would expect to see along interstate 95. The bathrooms were dingy. Peeling...
First of all, directions from Miami Int'l. Once you get to Key Biscayne, directions say to turn on Ocean Drive. Well, well, you drive on Crandon, turn on Sonesta Drive and THEN you get to Ocean Dr. Valet parking is $18/nightly and you have no...
Our recent short vacation to Key Biscayne was almost ruined by our stay at the Sonesta. Key Biscayne is a very beautiful place, but find another hotel. This one is awful. We were scheduled to stay 7/2 to 7/6; however we checked out on the morning of ...
55 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
My husband and I just had the misfortune of spending time at the Sonesta in Key Biscayne, FL. We were to stay from 7/2 to 7/7, but checked out after only two days because of problems.
We experienced plumbing problems in our room, a dirty, loud, crowded pool area, insufficient accommodations at the beach (ran out of chairs and umbrellas), with surly and unhelpful employees. We would never go back to this hotel. Key Biscayne is a very beautiful place, but try another hotel.
I am not likely
to return to the Sonesta Beach Resort Key Biscayne.
I would not recommend it to friends.
food is great! Nice spa and work out room, everyone overall is really nice, good family place! Friendly! I like the location, convenient. Excellent service- too bad it is not going to be here for...

Beach, pool, and playground in close proximity. No restaurants other than in hotel and staff was very rude. Overall, was good. Location is isolated, so no hotels/shops within walking distance. Beach rather small. Pool was very nice, beach and ocean...
It is a beautiful place and great location. We have 12 and 11 year old children who were bored and ready to leave. The atmosphere was not welcoming or comfortable to us. It was very business and professional, not at all welcoming to families. We...

Okay
This was a great resort to stay at because it is close enough to Miami Beach but far enough away to relax in a less crowded area. The resort was beautiful but expensive. The $30/day parking charge was unexpected but we definitely needed a place out...
