I am a great fan and frequent client of this hotel, but I find it rather curious that I can travel to various provincial towns in Mexico, as I am now doing,and almost always find free, automatically connected, wireless service in my hotel room, while at Sofitel, in the very heart of Silicon Valley!, there is no such service. Tsk, Tsk. (I am sending this e-mail from my room in a hotel in the countryside near Oaxaca).

I found the accommodations, the service and the restaurant to be very good. I would recommend it to others.

This hotel made me feel important: It is in a secure and safe location and it has excellent room locks.

I am very likely to return to the Sofitel San Francisco Bay.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I loved the bed, it was so comfortable. It was odd that it did not have sheets though. I am not sure it is really a tourist hotel, it is surrounded by corporations.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The bed and the comforter were the nicest I have ever experienced.

I am not likely to return to the Sofitel San Francisco Bay.
I might recommend it to friends.

The bedding was plush and wonderful. The gift shop had really unique, fun things. The bar was very hospitable.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The soaps were high class. We received great service.

I am very likely to return to the Sofitel San Francisco Bay.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
