I loved the location and the amenities. The staff was excellent. However, the bed seemed to be broken. One side was lower than the other. It was very uncomfortable and it caused my leg to cramp severely.

The hotel has a great location. The rooms are good sized for New York City. The rooms do not have coffee makers which is my only complaint.

It's a great location for a first time tourist in New York. It's within walking distance to Times Square. The room was smaller than previously experienced with Sofitel, Brussels, but very nice for New York. The bed, comforter, and pillows were awesome. I slept like a princess!

This hotel made me feel content: I had a great room.

I liked the hotel's central location and friendly staff. The concierge was especially helpful in providing information about the city, sightseeing and restaurants.

This hotel made me feel respected: The entire staff was courteous, polite, yet warm and friendly. I felt like I was treated as a VIP.

I was surprised that the staff was genuinely happy and willing to help and offer whatever would make us feel happy. I was also surprised that I felt we got our $300 per night's worth. We were paying half price, but they didn't treat us like half-class customers. Every single person there was wonderful!
