We chose this hotel to be centered in NY. It did, in fact, provide to be a perfect location, centrally located, yet out of the hub-bub of Times Square. The hotel has been nicely renovated, rooms are large, bathrooms are large, all is very clean,...

The main strength of this hotel is its staff-particularly the bellhop and doorman. Never having been to Manhattan (or staying in a Sofitel hotel for that matter), I found these gentlemen to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and down right fun ...

34 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I loved the location and the amenities. The staff was excellent. However, the bed seemed to be broken. One side was lower than the other. It was very uncomfortable and it caused my leg to cramp severely.
I am very likely
to return to the Sofitel New York.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
