Had money stolen out of our room or when they had the bellman move our luggage from one room to the next. The general manager, Florian Shutz, blamed us for the stolen money, going as far as to say that he could nor would not help us in anyway with this matter.
Hotel is ok, but is outdated. Better, more updated hotels that have better customer service in NYC.

I really like the caliber of this hotel - very nice, but definitely outside of my normal budget if I were on personal travel. The staff is professional, but European stiff (as you would expect from a high end hotel). The location is central to Times Square and shopping on 5th Avenue. I enjoyed my morning run from the Hotel through Bryant Park and around Central Park. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who desires/needs luxurious accommodation.

Without a doubt, the best staff of any hotel I have ever stayed in. The front desk, the restaurant, everyone is happy and smiling. A fantastic Midtown location, stunning rooms with great views and the best french pressed coffee in the city. Stay here and you will not be disapointed.
