Location - A $30.00 cab ride from the airport, no shuttle service, and there’s nothing to do in the area.
Amenities - No coffee machine, free coffee available only until 7 am, $2.89 for a plain cup of coffee in hidden coffee shop, dysfunctional elevators, cramped meeting spaces, inadequate preparation/set-up for conferences, spotty internet service, a terrible gift shop, views of parking lot and lobby only, a small closet with doors that don't open all the way, a small room for price, an uncomfortable sofa, inadequate lighting in the bathroom, and flickering, sputtering lights in the room entryway.
Service - Putrid. They have a very arrogant and unbelievably rude concierge. When I asked for a wake-up call, she responded with "I guess I can do that" and summed it up with a very taxed-sounding sigh. When I asked them for clarification of the credit card transaction at check-in, they responded by talking louder and slower with the same answer. This experience left me wishing never to return to the Minneapolis area. I hated almost every moment of the time I had to be there.
