It was my first stay at Sofitel London Gatwick. What a lovely set up and most convenient location. My room was very comfortable and all else I can say is that I will definitely use this hotel again.

The Sofitel chain labels itself luxury and it lives up to its claim. My stay at the London Gatwick Sofitel hotel was fine in every way, particularly my unexpected needs to deal with the concierge. I will definitely stay there again.
The entire staff was welcoming, solicitous of a jet lagged traveler's needs. The room was very comfortable, clean and everything worked.
