We stayed there out of necessity because of the weather, everywhere else was booked, and they took dogs. They charged us 64 for the room and an additional 40 for the dogs!

King Size Bed with burn holes in the bedspread and the pillows smelled like mold. The formica on the countertops was coming up. The TV only got 2 channels, no remote. And they boasted Satellite TV!

The bathroom was disgusting. The flooring was coming up and the shower would run hot at any given second.

The windows didn't open all the way and the carpet was dirty.

I tried to get a refund so we could leave, I would have rather slept in thunder and lightning in the mud than in that dump.

They refused to provide a refund.

I would never, ever stay there again.

I recently stayed at the Soda Butte Lodge. It was a great experience. I went to Cooke City because I heard the snowmobiling was good, and it was great! At the lodge, the service was excellent. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my experience very much.
