59 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
We stayed at the SEC in a premium suite. Had to use the pull out sofa for a bed and it was absolutely terrible. Mattress buttons were poking us in the back and we had to make our own bed. Lots of dirt around the main bed. Looked like it had never been vacuumed. Not sure anyone is checking up on the cleaning service. For a 5 star hotel we were very disappointed.

This hotel provided excellent service. All their staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered help before you even asked. They provide free valet service and they use excellent soap products in the room. We ate at all of the restaurants at the resort
All the staff addressed us by our formal names. They gave us suggestions for dining and entertainment but they did not push anything.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
Everything was excellent but one thing. The pathway to the outdoor hot tub was not warm. The time we had at this resort was fun romantic and, for lack of better words, PERFECT.
