Sleep Inn and Suites Wisconsin Rapids Hotel - Page 1

The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, however, the housekeeping staff is less tan perfect. I have noticed the tip envelopes now placed in the rooms and I feel like there is an expectancy to leave a tip. I have not because I have found the rooms to be incompletely cleaned. The coffee maker was not cleaned, the pad was missing from the ironing board, there was no soap left in the bathroom.

I liked almost everything about the Sleep Inn and Suites. The staff was great, I cannot think of any place we have stayed where the people were any nicer. The only problem I had was I thought we was staying in a two-room suite when I booked the room, instead it was one room with a bed and a sofa.

This hotel made me feel secure: I think the Sleep Inn made me feel safe because of the check in system. You had to use your key to get into the back door of the building.
