The staff was extremely helpful in providing driving directions for us. The continental breakfast was phenomenal!

This hotel made me feel practical: It was a great value.

The location was great, I have everything that I need near the hotel, even Universal Park. The people were very friendly and helpful.

It was excellent. We will stay there again.

This hotel made me feel content: Everything was great - no one bothered us, the halls were quiet, and we didn't hear kids yelling the entire time.

When making reservations we were promised a full bath. The 'bath' was a 2.5 ft. by 2.5 ft. stand up shower. There wasn't even enough room to bend over to shave my legs and I'm an average size person.

They had 1 total handicapped room per floor (warning light for deaf, Braille for blind, and rails for the walking impaired). If they would outfit 5-10 rooms per floor with handicapped rails, it would free up the total handicapped rooms for deaf or blind patrons.

The front desk was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and saved us both time and money. The girl at the desk who sells Universal tickets, etc., made our trip fantastic through her knowledge and saved us money as well. The 'continental' breakfast was a full breakfast.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: Because (and I am not sure extravagant is the correct word - more like pampered) they provided everything you might expect to find in a more expensive hotel.
