I would like more laundry facilities. I don't think that one washer and one dryer for three floors of rooms is enough.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: It was an enjoyable place to stay.

I am very likely to return to the Sleep Inn and Suites Universal Orlando.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

We were extremely pleased to find a reservation during Thanksgiving weekend at such an inexpensive price. The clerk at the registration was quick to supply us with disposable razors, shaving cream, etc upon request and was able to give us clear directions to Universal without having to go on the highway.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The room was a nice size and had enough lighting. We did not feel boxed in or claustrophobic. The hotel floor was very quiet and we did not hear noise or anyone outside the door to the room.

I am very likely to return to the Sleep Inn and Suites Universal Orlando.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
