25 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We enjoyed our stay until one of our guests woke up with welts all over her body which were later confirmed as bed bug bites. We are now in the process of decontaminating everything we own to be sure we didn't bring any bed bugs home with us. (Once in your home, they are apparently extremely difficult to get out.) My strong advice would be to stay someplace, anyplace else.

I loved that they were able to accommodate us at the last minute when we had a problem at another hotel. They were efficient and most helpful. The inn was new so it was clean and up to date.
Sleep Inn allowed us to enter at ten a.m. They invited us to go to our room and coffee was provided, if we desired.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Sleep Inn & Suites Monticello.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Mediocre
on october 23, 2006 i posted a generally scathing review of this hotel. this afternoon i receioved a call from the manager and everything was resolved. he could not have been nicer and i feel my comments were taken to heart. i may give them...
for $160 per night, we got a bathroom with mold on the ceiling, no maid service and a poor quality breakfast. charlottesville is a lovely town with lots of great things to see and do. visit the city, stay somewhere else.

Good
The only problem with this hotel was that we requested a non smoking room and it stunk of smoke. It really burns me when smokers get non smoking rooms becuz even they can't stand the stink!Otherwise the hotel itself was quite pleasant.
