Sleep Inn and Suites Hagerstown Hotel

This was the third time that I have stayed at this hotel for a scrap booking workshop. The personnel at the hotel have always been very accommodating to our group. The hotel is located close to several restaurants as well as factory outlets.

This hotel made me feel content: The Sleep Inn hotel has always been great at making sure we have everything we need. They allow us to have our lunch catered by an outside service. They are always willing to help us in anyway possible.

I liked this hotel because it was very nice for a cheap price.

I stayed in the Sleep Inn for the last night of our honeymoon. The staff made us feel very welcome. The room was the nicest we stayed in the entire trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and will hopefully have and opportunity to stay here again in the future.

This hotel made me feel hip: The Sleep Inn made us feel groovy because we felt that we got a much nicer hotel room than what we paid for. For a young couple just starting out, this was the closest thing to a luxury motel that we had ever experienced.

It is convenient to the interstate. Staff was courteous. But other guests were very noisy.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Front desk clerk was attentive and found solutions to problems. Room was clean and well-lit. Parking area was secure and well-lit.

I used a roll-away bed, which was very uncomfortable. However, overall I thought this was an excellent hotel.
