50 year old with a luxury budget

We have stayed at this hotel frequently for medical

appointments and find the staff above and beyond other

hotels. They also make us feel comfortable and we

do not hesitate to recommend this hotel to everyone.

Horrible
46 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

I agreed to a price online of $148 a night a month before checking in. I checked in with no tv no microwave and a tiny room for 4 people, not what was purchased. They said it was the only room they had. They had to evacuate the hotel because of a chlorine spill the next morning at 7 a.m. so no breakfast, no swimming, get up early and leave. Then they charged my card an additional $12 because they said I didn't pay enough when I booked the room the previous month. Called to talk to them, they game me a machine to talk to. SCAMMERS !!

It was more than expected and I was pleasantly surprised by all the comfort and cleanliness.

The beds were extremely comfortable, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and the room was very clean.
