Sleep Inn and Suites Dania Beach Hotel - Page 2

I liked it enough to make reservations for our next stay next year and made reservations for friends we are meeting for a cruise.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: It had a homey atmosphere and nicely decorated.

I prefer staying at Sleep Inn hotels because of the walk-in showers. This one is highly overpriced.

It is a reasonable value for the price. There is a shuttle from the airport and to the cruise ship docks. It was well maintained and clean. We have already rebooked for next year. I also like their rewards program.

Their rooms could use some updating. I have been at this same property, same room, a few years in a row and they still have the same worn out-looking bedspreads and curtains and stained carpets. They also need to update their phone systems for getting calls to the guest's rooms. I had a problem with calls not getting through from the outside. For more than a week, my mother was told that my phone was busy (even though I was not even in the room at the time). After not being able to get through to me for a few days, my mother called me on my cell phone. I advised the front desk a few times about the problem with the phone and they were not able to fix it while I was there. I ended up using 'my minutes' on my cell phone to receive incoming calls.

I had two issues. One was the telephones. I had people trying to call me for a few days and the calls not going through to my room. I contacted the front desk a number of times and they were unable to fix the problem. When someone called in, they got a me

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The room was large and spacious with a big bathroom.

I have been to a few of their properties and they are consistantly a good choice for me. The price is resonable, they are nicely furnished,staff is always nice.

This hotel made me feel secure: Security cameras. Multiple door locks. Working (and tested) smoke detectors.

Very helpful. Needed a hammer to put something together for a relative whose husband had past away. Staff was very helpful in getting me one and asking if we needed assistance.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: Never felt hurried or rushed while at breakfast or walking around the lobby or outside.

Had delays with the cruise shuttle. The same people seemed to be working morning and night - understaffed?

Sleep inn was horrible. The staff was rude and nasty. Would have left be one else had open rooms before or after our cruise.

This hotel made me feel excited: I was so impressed about the hotel, its staff, its courtesy, the complimentary breakfast offered to all the guests that promised myself to use the hotel again and to recomment it to my friends.

I have been to the same property twice and will return again in january. I love the place. Great value, too.

This hotel made me feel pampered: They took care of all of my needs, including going to the drug store for me for bandaids and ointment when cut my foot. They even put the bandaids on for me.
