Sleep Inn and Suites Concord Hotel

The location of the Sleep Inn & Suites is convenient to the highway and Lowes Motor Speedway, but there are several hotels to choose from on the same street.

The room was disgusting with soggy carpets, moldy smell, yellow stained bedspread, unclean sheets and pillow cases. They didn't appear washed. Then there was a prior guest's hair under a pillow. I am still trying to figure out how if the bed was freshly made that went unnoticed.

Management did not remedy the situation when this was brought to their attention. They also didn't seem surprised by it, so it must happen a lot.

Outside the office was their advertisement to stay two nights, get one night free. When asked what had to be done, since we had stayed two nights at their choice hotels, those behind the desk did not seem to know what to do other than should call an 800 number.

My parents did not have the best handicap room.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: It was a rather new facility, it was very clean, the breakfast room was very nice, the breakfast items were plentiful.
