for the money we paid, the staff were very good, shuttle service was great, rooms clean and the breakfast a-ok

Even though this Inn is right next to the airport, noise was not a problem. The hotel is clean and quiet. Loved the walk-in shower instead of a tub. Front desk even offered discount coupon to Max's restaurant next door.

The location is ideal, right off the NYS Thruway so you have easy access to any point you are going to.

Breakfast starts VERY early which is nice for the business traveler. Would like to see more attention to clean up in that breakfast area however. Travelers can be such inconsiderate slobs.

It's a very nice hotel. We've stayed a number of times over the years and look forward to it every time. I was even disappointed once when they were fully booked and I couldn't stay.

We stay at this Sleep Inn almost monthly. They're always courteous and prepared for those last-minute problems that always come up when staying away from home. We've recommended to friends coming into that area where to stay (and they have).

Service was good, but the inn was not convenient to much dining or shopping.

This hotel is an excellent place to stay! We're there as often as we can.

I had just arrived from a long overseas trip and needed to rest before a 2 hour drive home. I utilized their park and fly service so I didn't have to worry about getting to my car until leaving the next morning.
