52 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
The staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem was that one night they gave another person my room key, but I had the interior lock on so the person was unable to enter the room. It’s very comfortable and clean.
The staff treated me as if I were a VIP, not just once, but on every occasion I dealt with them.
I am very likely
to return to the Sleep Inn & Suites Airport.

Excellent
We only needed one night between a late flight & picking up a car in the morning. Nice people, quiet room. Rose Restaurant next door stayed open for us & served delicious simple meal at 11 p.m..

Cleanliness.See below. The TV in my room was not working. I called the front desk and they sent a maintenance man. He could not repair. Night desk attendant told me to tell AM front desk people and they would make adjustment to bill. No room swap...
