Our non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke when we checked in, so we requested and received a new room. The new room's phone did not work, and the air conditioner temperature knob was broken. A call to the front desk dispatched a nice gentlema

We only had to stay one night to catch an early flight. The beds were very comfy and I slept well. Not the best room for small kids b/c there was just a shower stall in the bathroom. Thank goodness we gave them baths before we left home...other...

I was told that I must have had a bad day, because the clerk wanted to answer the phone rather than take care of me for check-in. I've stayed here every week for the past 2years and I can assure you I will never stay here again.
FYI, I had a real good day today until I tried to check into my hotel room

This hotel is beyond affordable compared to the rest of the market which made me leary to boook here. I was more than pleasantly surprised when I checked-in with such a friendly staff. The rooms were clean and it was in a great location located right by the light rail which put me right into Baltimore Inner Harbour at Camden yards for the game!

Mediocre
This hotel needs a major renovation. The property looks very tired and is in need of an update. I would stay somewhere else when I come into the BWI area again.

Good
The location off the highway was great. No restaurants on site, had to walk outside. For the price, the hotel was great. The beds were comfortable. For the smoking rooms, it would be nice to have a fan or the windows to open.
