Good
We didn't get into the hotel until 1 am, and staff was very accommodating. Room was very small and we had a difficult time getting the bags in the room. It was clean but the bed was a standard, something I am not used to.
The staff was friendly & helpful.

We have stayed here 3 times so far while in Jacksonville. Once for 6 nights. We had not one problem while here. None of the loud weekend Marines having fun that we have heard about. Breakfast was good. Service was good. Housekeeping was very nice...
