48 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I was very glad to have stayed at the Sleep Inn because they made me feel like family since i had to stay for 3 weeks on an assignment for work. The hotel was very close to shops and the the staff helped me find places to eat. When i walked into the room it was very clean and looked like a five star hotel. The pool was something i could enjoy on my free time from work. My sleep was very comfortable. I was very hungry when i woke up, the breakfast was very good and they had a wide selection of items. The wireless internet was helpful to keep in touch with my family and business. They had a easy washer and dryer to use.

31 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for business
I am writing this review after spending two weeks at this hotel while my husband was on a 30-day assignment. At first glance, the rooms look nice, but when you walk barefoot on the carpet they make your feet black. In addition the windows/air units are such that when it gets really cold outside, as it does in Winchester, a lot of condensation collects on the windows. This wouldn't be a problem except it runs down the window, pools on the air unit, and runs onto the floor. The entire floor surrounding the window was wet every morning! I see a serious mold issue in their future if they haven't got one already.
There were a few days we returned to our room to find it hadn't been cleaned. The desk staff is very inattentive (I literally stood in front of their desk for 10 minutes while the lady filed papers and straightened the desk). The day manager is very snappy with her staff.
The pool isn't much to look at and the stairs in the pool are so slippery something is definitely growing on them. They only have one washer/dryer and they have seen better days.
The dryer was broken when we were there. I mentioned this to the staff and two weeks later, it was still broken. When I asked the front desk about it they told me since it was still broken they could put my clothes in their utility dryer. However, when they turned on the dryer they forgot to turn the heat down and the plastic clasps on my bras and the beads on my daughter's socks completely melted (as in they were no longer there). I was later told by the site manager that unless it's turned down, the utility dryer heats 3 times hotter than a standard dryer. The plastic melted all over our clothes and ruined the entire load of clothes. The next morning I explained the situation to the day manager and asked if the hotel could help pay a portion of the cost to replace my bras (as we were on a 30-day assignment and they needed to be replaced immediately). She told me they weren't going to do that, but she'd ask the site manager and get back to me (which she didn't). I was given the run around for a week and was finally told no because "they had been doing me a favor." They did explain to us that they charge $10/day for each additional guest (something you might want to consider before you book), so because my husband, myself, and our two young children were in the room they added $30 onto our bill for each night, but because of the laundry situation they would remove this charge. So, in compensation all they could do for us was to raise our bill and then lower it again.
We were checking out to spend a weekend in Boston. We told the site manager when we returned to Winchester on Monday we would be checking into another hotel. He sheepishly told us if we would come back to his hotel he would take the cost of the damaged items off our next bill. Initially, I don't think he knew we were coming back to the area, so he didn't care if we were upset. It's funny how everything changed when he realized he was losing two weeks of business. Upon our return to Winchester we checked into the Fairfield Inn for the last two weeks of our stay (which by the way is across the street, the same price, and is much, much nicer). We were much happier and would highly recommend the Fairfield Inn over this place!

Good
I've stayed here several times for weekend visits with the grandkids. They remembered me after nearly a year! Quite comfortable. However, this time they gave end of hall room & I was alone.
