The property is fairly new with clean rooms with MW and Fridge. The bedding didn't seem to be the upgrade that was advertised for all Sleep Inn properties.

This hotel was clean, had a decent cont. breakfast and was reasonably priced. Beat my expectations for a hotel in a small city. No issues, yet nothing fantastic.

This hotel was built a few years ago, so everything looks new and is very clean. We stay here every time we visit Rochester and the rates are very good. A room for two people and two double beds will cost $57.60 plus tax (internet rate)...
