I booked a non-smoking room, but we were given a smoking room. I called the front desk, and they said they could do nothing about it. I asked for some sort of compensation, but I was denied. Very unhelpful or accommodating.

The Springdale Sleep Inn hotel is fairly new. My room was just right and in good order. All else about the hotel was well done. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
