I found the rooms to be spotless; bed very comfortable. Great breakfast, afternoon snacks. Very accommodating staff, as our flight got canceled, and they sent their shuttle right back to get us. Lovely decor in lobby. Did I mention very nice staff....

Mediocre
The front desk was not friendly except when we were checking out. Weren't very helpful when we had a problem with our movie and housekeeping bugged you to clean your room. Pool could have been more clean.

Room - while clean - was small. We asked the staff not to come in (we were only there 2 days) and they did anyway. The pool was too cold to use even for the kids - the hot tub - was dirty.
They double charged for the room on my credit card and am having trouble being reimbursed properly. Manager is never available.
I go to Grand Rapids approx. once a month. There are many nice hotels - this is not one of them.

Everything was good except I would have liked an exercise room with more equipment. The location was very convenient for my business. All in all it was ok, but I would explore other options if returning.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Sleep Inn & Suites.
I might recommend it to friends.

Great hotel for business. It is located by major companies and it has great attrations for business customers. I use my laptop a lot and the wireless internet is very fast. Also, I love the breakfest and manager's reception.
