The staff was nice and helpful but the hotel was a mess! The outside looks great. The inside was run down and dirty. The pool was cloudy. We won't stay here again.

Totally suiting. All was great. Clean rooms-a bit small but fit the $. Great bkfst food, pool and hot tub nice. Staff was very friendly and obliging. No shuttle to Cedar Pt tho. Did have disc tkts however.... Would definitely recommend! We will go...

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The hotel is convenient to the highway yet only a few minutes from Cedar Point. The housekeeping staff was awesome. The room was clean and tidy. My daughter loved the pool!. The hot tub was not working properly...
