32 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

I was over charged for my room. I did not like the bathroom, and the shower water was very cold...took to long to warm up, over 5 minutes.

30 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

It was okay. I didn't like the bathrooms and that they were moving in new mattresses the day we checked out. I almost walked into a mattress and got hit by one while they were moving.

I am not likely to return to the Sleep Inn Matthews.
I would not recommend it to friends.

25 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

It's a good location. It has acceptable cleanliness and staff. The running water sound coming from the bathroom at random times was annoying.

I am very likely to return to the Sleep Inn Matthews.
I might recommend it to friends.

I liked the clean room, comfortable bed, and convenient location.
