It was clean, nicely outfitted, and very new-looking. The staff was friendly and efficient. Overall, it was a very positive experience for the money.

I am very likely to return to the Sleep Inn Kingsport.

This hotel made me feel pampered: They called us by names. They were very friendly and answered any question with knowledge.
