I called to verify my stay a month ahead of time and also the Tuesday before my arrival they told me every thing was good! On both calls. I arrived Friday night at 11:00 PM and was told that I have a single, I said no I am suppose to have a double after 20 minutes they found my reservation but said I would have to stay in a single that night but I would have a double for the rest of my stay. The girl gave me a printout of my stay. In the morning I went to the desk to get something and was asked if Im checking out I said no Im here till Wed morning. She said they only had me there for 1 night . I said that was wrong and that I had a printout from the girl at checkin and She told me no you dont. So I went and got it from my room after looking at it She said the room is lost and they had no other rooms I asked to see a Manager & She told me there isnt one because they dont need one! I said obviously you do! After asking how they could lose a room in just 7 hours She had no answer So I spent the next 1/2 hour trying to find a room for me and my daughter.I finally found a room at another Hotel So we left and we wont be going back! I guess it doesnt matter how many times you verify your resvervations they can still lose them. It seemed like they had an attitude of oh well. Which you dont want to hear after driving 750 miles and having no place to stay! I gave them a 1 only because it would not let me give a negative number.

The hotel is very easy to find, right off the interstate. The cable TV was not very receptive. There were no extra pillows when I asked at the front desk for some. Overall, the room was ok.

We booked a room with a king-sized bed, fridge and microwave. We got a room with 2 double beds and only a fridge. Their excuse was that our room had flooded. I told them this was a very disappointing stay considering it was my birthday.
