the hotel staff was great and the room was very nice. Got there late but still had out room reserved. Thank God for the indoor pool cause after a long ride from tSan Antonio the kids were full ofenergy and needed to release it. The room was clean...

My family and I always stay here every time we go to El Paso. It has a great location and is close to the mall, which is great. The rooms are always clean and the pool is indoor, which is good.

Front desk clerk tried to charge for prepaid reservation. Was rude when showed paperwork that indicated this was a prepaid room. Stated she'd had the same problem with another traveler. Nice hotel in a convenient location.
Freeway close, free wireless internet, complimentary modest continental breakfast, close to the Sunland Park Mall, a great indoor pool and king suites. Great value, very clean.
