48 year old male with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
New Sleep Inn well thought out compact room with shower and no tub. This facility contains an indoor pool, internet access, refrigerator/microwave in some rooms. Sleep Inn serves a continental breakfast which I did not experience but the serving area was clean, modern and well located. The shuttle service was accommodating and located close to Denver International. The elevators are slow for only a two story lodge. I would recommend staying at this lodge. When making reservations request a first floor room with microwave/refrigerator. The front desk appeared stress throughout stay and could have been friendlier.

Knowledge of front desk workers changes daily. They gave me a rate then charged me higher when I checked out. Get everything they say in writing. Also has $2 a day "energy charge". Otherwise, nice place but equivalent to a Motel 6, the breakfast...

Horrible
Checked into this hotel the night before a flignt. Clerk refused to acknowledge my reservation # and price. I complained enough that they finally got close on price. My room was filthy, free internet service broken for entire stay, and nobody on the ...
1) The useless young woman at the front desk gives the wrong directions to the hotel. The exit number is right, but the two turns are both wrong. The distance from I-70 was stated as "5 minutes", but is really 1 block.

Don't stay here if you need convenient transportation to and from the airport. My husband and I missed our flight that evening because of snow. The Sleep Inn sign at the airport advertised a 24-hr shuttle. When we called, we were told we would be picked up in 20 minutes. We stood outside for an hour in 14-degree weather before the shuttle appeared. We were told only after we boarded the shuttle that it ran only once an hour (no exceptions, no matter when you call), stopping at 11:45 pm, starting at 3:45 am (not 24 hours). The infrequent departure meant that we had to leave much earlier than should have been necessary (4:45 am for a 7 am flight). We complained to the management about the shuttle problem, they refused to take action, despite the "100 percent satisfaction guarantee." As a result of the exposure to severe weather, we both woke that morning with bad colds.
The rooms were relatively clean, although the first floor reeks of cigarette smoke, and I noticed a faint cigarette odor on my sheets. The free Wifi worked fine, if nothing else. It will be a long time before I choose another Sleep Inn.
I am not likely
to return to the Sleep Inn Denver International Airport.
I would not recommend it to friends.
