I stayed for business puposes and when I got up in the morning to take a shower I let the water run and no hot or even warm water. Sleep Inn is suppose to have a 100% quarantee on their rooms. The clerk's reply when I told him at checkout was...

upon arrival, we requested a non-smoking room, they said because we booked over the internet it did not say that we requested it, I believe they gave the room away!!!. We have 3 people, the only room left with two beds was smoking, I could not even...

I had nothing that I disliked about the Sleep Inn hotel. I really liked that the shower was so roomy. The complementary breakfast was great, too. I love waffles.
The beds were comfortable, so that is why I felt relaxed. I was able to get a good sleep.
I am very likely
to return to the Sleep Inn Conway.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
