Sleep Inn Columbia Hotel

There were several softball teams staying at this hotel. I have been making reservations for our team for several years, and this was the worst customer service I have ever come across. The cleaning people were very nice, and the woman who took care of the breakfast was also very nice. But the people who were working the front desk, including the manager were the rudest people I have ever come across. No one from our group gave them a reason to be treated this way. I also heard them speak to other people staying at the hotel the same way.

We have stayed here many, many times, and this is the first time I've written a review.

Working with the public can be a problem, I'm sure, but the personnel and staff are always very friendly, and they are truly there to make a guest's stay the best it can be, no matter how full the hotel is, and this one was very full.

My husband and I will always stay there while visiting family and friends in Columbia, SC. The breakfast menu items are varied and delicious!

We were very pleased with all aspects of this hotel. Even when there was a disturbance on our hall it was handled efficiently by the night staff.

The location is great. But there were dubious people in the lobby and the management did nothing regarding the situation. That was my only negative experience with any Choice property.

I enjoy the Sleep Inn chain because so far, my experiences have been pleasant. The rooms are spacious and clean.
