The front desk staff was very efficient. The rooms were good, but the bed was awful, horrible and we had no rest at all. The water pressure in the shower was very slow and it was very hard to get wet all over. I will not stay at a Sleep Inn hotel again, unless there are no other options. I paid more for the room than in other hotels, hoping it would be great and it was not!

I am not likely to return to the Sleep Inn Cherokee.
I would not recommend it to friends.

It's a nice hotel, but their continental breakfast needs to be improved.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Sleep Inn Cherokee.

This hotel made me feel hip: It was convenient to everything my wife and I needed.

I am very likely to return to the Sleep Inn Cherokee.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

They had a promotion in room that advertised staying two nights between September and December and getting a night for free. The front desk staff had no knowledge of program and we had to call 800 number to join. By checkout they were still trying to change for the room.

This hotel made me feel secure: I felt secure there because they had inside rooms. Outside doors require key to enter.

I am very likely to return to the Sleep Inn Cherokee.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
