The desk help at the Charlevoix Sleep Inn are very helpful in solving problems and they love to visit with you.
This hotel made me feel pampered: When we returned after visiting friends, there were two barking dogs down the hall from us. The desk clerk moved us to another floor on the other end of the hotel and into a suite at that for the inconvenience of having to move and didn't charge us more.

I'm used to the comfort and huge rooms at AmericInn's. Our room was small and cramped. The light in the bathroom was out and didn't get replaced during our stay. The beds were as hard as rocks. My fiance who can sleep just about anywhere even had a hard time sleeping.
This hotel made me feel respected: The workers there were nice and friendly. Though we didn't dress in high class fashion, we still felt welcome.
