Good
The staff was helpful, the room quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast was adequate. The location was convenient to the airport and to downtown Charlotte. The only obvious deficiency was the difficult, heavy pocket door for the bathroom. It was ...

Excellent
Definitely recommend this place. Very friendly and accomodating staff (we were allowed to check in over an hour early!), clean & inviting lobby & rooms, excellent breakfast. Good location - close to the interstate, airport, & downtown. ...
43 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
We arrived late and to our surprise the room type reserved was not available and we were given one queen bed room instead of room with two queen beds reserved. We had 2 adults & 2 kids, when we asked for a roll-away bed, the front desk informed us that we did not reserve one so it is not available. Next day at checkout when we informed the manager, she did not even apologize for their mistake. We come to Charlotte twice every year for Nascar. We will never stay here again where guest is not treated right.

The staff were great, not only did they let us check in an hour and a half early but they gave great directions to feed the kids and were helpful and nice and understanding in everything. No matter how many times we had to go "bug" them for food...

Excellent
Stayed here for one night while in town for an interview. I was looking for a place to stay within 3 miles of the corporate office but under $200 dollars a night like so many other places. Free wireless, a decent breakfast, clean rooms and felt...
19 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
The location was really convenient to local entertainment and a variety of places to eat. I found the staff to be very courteous, and they were always willing to help if the need arose. The beds were very soft. The curtains kept out the light very well which helped when we stayed out late and wanted to sleep in. All in all our stay at Sleep Inn was one of the best experiences with most any hotel I've ever stayed in.
I got a very nice, comfortable room for a price that wasn't too bad. I had gotten a recommendation that it was a good hotel and I'm glad I listened. It was well worth the money spent to have an amazing weekend off.
I am very likely
to return to the Sleep Inn Billy Graham Parkway.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
49 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for business
I am relocating to Charlotte, they were very helpful in letting me know how to get around, living arrangements, the use of the computer room, getting me cabs, and places to eat. The people were just so friendly.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Sleep Inn Billy Graham Parkway.
I might recommend it to friends.
