The staff was very helpful with my short notice reservation request. The front desk people were very nice. This hotel has an airport shuttle which is great.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I called for the shuttle and they sent it ahead of their scheduled time. They also found me, since I'm going blind I can't see the logos on the sides of the shuttles. Their driver found me and was very nice about getting me to the hotel.

I am very likely to return to the Sleep Inn Airport Phoenix.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was very convenient to the airport. Also it was excellent value for the price and the room was spotlessly clean.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The bed was comfortable and the front desk staff was friendly and nice.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Sleep Inn Airport Phoenix.
I might recommend it to friends.

The location was close to the airport, which we wanted. They offered clean, comfortable rooms and a wonderful breakfast at no charge.

This hotel made me feel null: The people on staff were clean, considerate, courteous and helpful making my stay very pleasant.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Sleep Inn Airport Phoenix.
I might recommend it to friends.
