Sleep Inn Airport Albuquerque Hotel - Page 1

Albuquerque Sleep Inn has earned our loyal custom. When we must travel to Alb, it is always our first choice. The staff is courteous, helpful, and dedicated. We had difficulty with the TV remotes last time, and the service person responsible for them was quick, professional, and visibly concerned with our convenience. The other staff who helped us check in, brought in a rollaway bed for us, and who were involved in cooking the complementary breakfast were all wonderful, and concerned with quality and our satisfaction.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff was prompt and courteous in dealing with any concerns or needs we had. They had a wonderful crew!

I stay at this motel periodically throughout the year and have always had a pleasant stay. The only problem I've ever had is this past stay. The pool was too cold to use and the hot tub had too much chlorine, it actually burned my eyes. But I will continue to use this as my main hotel.

This hotel made me feel important: They provide fast and very friendly service.

The location and comfort were very good, just as expected. The service was above and beyond what I'd expected when it came time to ferry us to the airport, the manager took us to the airport in her personal vehicle. We were impressed and will stay there again. Their complimentary breakfasts were very good, too.

This hotel made me feel respected: I was addressed as Sir by every employee. I was given deference by every employee. I walk with a cane and the staff was falling over themselves to make sure I was comfortable. Everyone smiled and had a cheerful attitude.

We found the room to be well lighted and clean. The price included breakfast.
