I am not likely to return to the Sleep Inn.
I would not recommend it to friends.

THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST HOTEL I LIKE TO STAY IN THE OXFORD, AL. PRICE IS VERY RESONABLE AND GOOD CONVENIENT LOCATION, GOOD EVENING SNAK AND VERY GOOD NEW TI FASTEST INTERNET CONNECTION AVAILABLE NOW.

Horrible

Hotel had recent been damaged due to flood. Rooms smelled bad and "FREE" breakfast was a $3 coupon to Waffle House (YUCK!). Noisy people running up and down stairwells all night, noise from nearby highway could be heard in room.

Horrible

Very unpleasant experience. The desk clerk had an attitude, the coffee in the lobby was cold, and my room smelled like mildew. I stayed here 3 years ago, but this place has gone down hill.

It was clean. The staff was friendly, helpful people. I recommend Sleep Inns.

I am very likely to return to the Sleep Inn.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Good
68 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

The room was a little small, but it was fine, otherwise. The front desk people were extremely nice and friendly. I liked that it had a nice, little exercise room. The location was very close to the bridge tournament I attended, as well as nice restaurants and shopping.

The bed was really comfortable, and so were the pillows.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Sleep Inn.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

There was not enough help at the front desk. They tried to be helpful, but they were very busy and could not handle the workload.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Sleep Inn.
I might recommend it to friends.
