on arrival I was greeted very professionally and with a smile. our room was semi attractive- but was very clean. easily accessible to the u of de. would stay here again.
I stayed here last weekend. When I got there I could smell fresh baked cookies and fruit near the front desk and was greeted by friendly front desk personnel. I stayed for a night only but it was a good price compared to other hotels in the area....

The room was clean and did not smell however, the hotel mixes smoking and non-smoking rooms on the same floor, adjacent rooms even. For those who don't smoke, well you know what this means. Shower was fine as was breakfast. Room was a bit noisier...

No problems, nothing spectacular, just a good, clean, comfortable place to stay in a handy, safe location right across the street from UDel's stadium and sports complex, and a TGIFriday's next door.
