We usually stay at the other motel just down the road. That motel was sold out, but we needed a place close to the hospital to stay. At the skyline, the owner/manager was short with us, looked like he had not slept in days, had questionable sores on his face, and there was a strong weird smell in the office.
Once in our room, the carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed, the heater did not work, and our neighbors were loud ALL night.
We bypassed the sad looking breakfast, peeked at the scary pool and were on our way to get a room at the motel down the road.
The staff is very friendly, rooms are modest but clean, we feel SAFE here, and the prices are less!
After talking to some other people at the hospital etc. it sounds like I am not the first one to complain about the same things happening at the Skyline.
