The suite was roomy and nice. Pretty clean except for the wadded-up blanket in the closet. All calls to the front desk were answered quickly and the staff was terrific - including the valets. Very kid-friendly, although we were told they had cribs available and it turned out to only be a play-pen (pack 'n play). They have activities every day for the kids (some free, some at a small cost) and the indoor pool was nice - only 4 ft deep throughout, with the hot tub attached so you can keep an eye on the kids.
Biggest problem was lack of internet access - thought it would be available in-room, but we were told there was public wi-fi available only on the 6th floor (in the hallway outside the pool or in the kiddie-activity area) or in the lobby. Unfortunately, we could not get it to work in either of those locations. They really should provide high-speed access in the rooms.
Also, there are only 3 elevators and they are always crowded. And, the hotel staff will call you and try to get you to attend a time-share seminar.
